How Does SEEP Works?
Mode of Delivery
- Classes are conducted face-to-face at participating schools.
- Lessons are taught by the students’ own teachers, ensuring familiar teaching styles.
- The SEEP Mobile App & Portal allow teachers to set class schedules and record student attendance efficiently.
- SEEP classes should not be conducted during normal school hours
Student Eligibility Requirements
- Form 3 to Form 5 students from households with a per capita income of RM1,500.00
- Students who scored below 40% in the Ujian Akhir Sesi Akademik (UASA) and the Peperiksaan Akhir Sesi Akademik (PASA)
- Students who scored below 40% with a household income of more than RM1,500.00 per capita may also be considered with approval from the principals
- For the Form 3 cohort: Selection is based on the Ujian Akhir Sesi Akademik (UASA) results in Sejarah, English, Mathematics, and Science from Form 2 in the previous year
- A qualified student who is not registered in the system for the current year (due to missing out or transferring from another school) can be registered
Teacher Eligibility Requirement
- All teachers and other qualified individuals must register with the Ministry of Education, Innovation, and Talent Development (MEITD) in the SEEP Management System, with the approval of the respective school principal

✔ Form 3: English, Sejarah, Mathematics, Science
✔ Form 4 & 5 (Art Stream): English, Sejarah, Mathematics, Science
✔ Form 4 & 5 (Pure Science Stream): Mathematics, Additional Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics
